Our client is an OEM within the capital equipment industry, supplying new equipment, sales, service & spare parts nationwide within the UK.
We are looking for an experienced Service Controller to manage a team of field based engineers along with call handling/ scheduling of breakdowns and services.
Duties would include:
- Manage call volumes, & call handling
- Scheduling field based engineers daily workload
- Scheduling monthly servicing
- Collating engineers paperwork, invoicing of job sheets, obtaining purchase order numbers from customers.
- Uploading data to company and customers databases and online systems.
- Organising spare parts for delivery to customer sites for field engineer’s attendance
- Preparing quotes
- Obtaining customer purchase orders & invoicing jobs.
Salary based on 42 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Excellent Administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility, able to meet deadlines and follow up on tasks, professional attitude and presentable.
- Experience in service departments, service administration
