Position :Retails Assistant cum Cashier- Alor Setar Kedah
Working Hours : Monday - Sunday(Rotational Shift)
(2 day off rotational - based on duty roster)
Intake : (Immediate Hiring)
Location : Alor Setar Kedah
Basic Salary : RM1800 + RM200 (Allowance)+ Overtime
SHIFT : - 10.00am - 8.00pm
11.30am-9.30pm
Job Description:
- To assist in the daily operational activities of the retail outlet
- To assume the role of sales assistant and cashier
- To handle normal, installment & voucher purchase
- Product consultant and explanation
- Product demonstration
- After sales service and advice
- Sale & promote products
- Perform basic cashier role such as processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers.
- Provide front-line customer service to customer with professionalism and customer satisfaction oriented.
- Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
- File documents and provide basic clerical tasks
- Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and meeting.
- Responsible for keeping retail, office, and store neat and presentable always.
Requirement:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided
- Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English (Fluent)
- Willing to work in contract duration (6 months contract / renew based on performance).
- Malaysian Citizen only
- Able to commit working in shift
- Good communication skill and computer literacy especially Microsoft office
- Candidate must be willing to start immediately
- Preferable someone currently not working and able to commit immediately.
