About the Role
Many of our clients are undergoing radical changes to their core business, such as adopting disruptive technologies, establishing new business models, or taking the next steps on their digitalization journey. At Fortos, we create sustainable value by supporting clients in strategy development, and transforming the organization based on the client’s strategic choices.
As a management consultant at Fortos, you will work closely with senior client executives and Fortos colleagues in developing and implementing business shaping strategies and setting the momentum in major automotive and mobility transformation programs. Together with the team, you will structure complex problems and tasks, collect and analyze data, as well as define conclusions and recommendations for our clients. You will also take an active part in shaping and growing Fortos as a company and developing our business, while advancing in the areas you are passionate about through a personalized career path, both on a personal and professional level.
During your first year at Fortos, you will join the Associate Program. It is designed and continuously improved to help talented, ambitious people grow and reach their full potential as management consultants. The program includes on-the-job training combined with formal trainings and coaching by a dedicated line manager and other experienced consultants. You will visit client sites and demo centres to gain deeper understanding of their products and businesses.
At Fortos, we believe that you perform better in a tight group that has a lot of fun together. Therefore, we do a lot of activities such as after works, team building events, and off-site conference weekends. Together with other associates, you will during your first year be part of Social Club, responsible for brainstorming, planning, and executing all social and sports events at Fortos.

Who We Are Looking For
- Recent graduates or young professionals with up to 2 years professional experience from any relevant area (e.g. trainee background, project management background, functional experience from sales, controlling, product planning, business development, operations, etc.)
- Master's degree in engineering and/or economics/business or equivalent with excellent academic results
- People who achieve – high performers with strong drive, energy, and high ambition
- Exceptional problem solving – ability to structure complex problems and synthesize findings
- Team players who are open minded with an ability to network, as well as contributing as an inspirational team member
- People who have personal integrity and ability to exercise sound judgment and common sense
- Internship from management consulting companies and double academic degree is considered as a merit
