HR Officer [United Arab Emirates]


 

HR Officers represent a company’s policies, procedures and goals, and many of their tasks revolve around instilling these values in employees, whilst making sure the policies are also fair to the employees. Their main responsibilities include:

HR Operations:

· Proper updating of employee information on DOTS system, Timely updating DOTS with renewed documents added to their folder.

· Familiar with services and tasks of Dubai Portal in JAFZA and NIP, along with managing the lease and license renewals on a timely manner.

· Manage the insurances like Group Medical Insurance, Workmen's compensation, Property All Risk Insurance, Third Party Liability and Business Interruption Policy.

· Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.

· Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

. Oversee the expiries of various certificates and licenses issued by the government authorities.

. Familiar with Payroll process by preparing required data and ensure to close Payroll before deadline.

  • Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
